INTRODUCTION

•     传统建筑机械用冲击夯动力发电机多给人以笨重粗犷的重工业感，面对其复杂的内部机械结构，RM120既满足了产品外观件装配需要与箱体原安装位置匹配的必要条件，更实现了整体机型的紧凑化，简单多边形的曲面拼接与削切的棱角转折相结合，达到了良好的视觉减重，既体现了产品结实强壮的力量感又提升了其细腻精致的品质感。

•     由于委托方限定了导风罩和拉手盘等主外观件需采用钣金冲压的生产工艺需求，故在较小的创意空间里设计师寻求了色彩的突破，同时考虑非洲市场的需求，最终选定了较为清亮的绿色配以稳重的深灰色，为这款工业感十足的设备增添了一抹灵动。

•     Most of the traditional impact rammer power generators look cumbersome and rough like heavy industrial products of complicated mechanical structures inside. However, RM120 meets the requirement of exterior parts matching the original installation position and realizes the compactness of the whole machine. The design of simple polygonal surface curve matching the cut ridges gives a visual effect of weight loss embodying the strong power of the product and upgrading the quality of exquisiteness and delicacy as well.
 

•     Since the client has specified the process of sheet metal stamping for the main outer parts like wind scoopers and handling wheels, the designer has to turn to the breakout of coloring in the limited creative space. In considering the African market, clean and bright green and steady dark grey were finally chosen to add some inspiration to the device full of industrial feel.
